Do you need a solution to manage documents linked to Sage? TAG Aviation did, so they came to Mitral and we provided a solution to solve their problems.

TAG Aviation provides personal air travel services for individuals and organisations worldwide. They embrace the highest standards of safety, security, customer service, operational excellence, and business ethics. TAG has been voted number one European business aviation service provider two years running.

TAG Aviation charge their clients monthly service management fees, with all associated purchases on their clients’ behalf being additionally charged to the monthly sales invoice. In order to provide total transparency of the purchase process for their clients, a copy of each purchase invoice is appended to the related sales invoice.

Mitral Systems were requested to provide a time and cost efficient solution to this paper based problem.

The solution allows all invoices, for purchases made on behalf of customers, to be scanned into M-store. Then as the sales invoice for each customer is raised from the Sage accounts system, a module in M-store allows each related purchase invoice to be selected from a list of all that months invoices and appended electronically to the sales invoice image. This process includes both full and part allocation for such things as fuel invoices. The monthly charge can be sent to clients by e-mail attachment, printed and posted or written to CD and posted.

Future options include the ability to provide access to the copy purchase invoices over a secure internet link.
