Following the successful implementation of M-store’s CSQ (Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire) system on their first cruise ship, when it was decided they would be commissioning a second ship, they had no hesitation in calling Mitral in once again.
Island Cruises aim to ensure all their clients have the best holiday experience possible. The M-store CSQ system now gives them customer feedback quickly enough for it to make a difference to the next trip.
Data is collected from completed questionnaires at the end of a cruise and is acted upon in the few hours it takes to turn round between cruises. M-store CSQ system is not only used in the cruise industry, but in many other areas where information gleaned from questionnaires needs to be acted on quickly and accurately.
