This mixture of customers resulted in a wide variety of incoming sales order formats and modes of receipt (e-mail, post, fax). Coupled with the unique nature of each order, symphony required a solution to process all orders in a timely and consistent fashion.
Symphony now use a tailored Mitral workflow system throughout each of the several sections of the sales office to gain accuracy, consistency and visibility of the order processing workload. Ultimately this has led to a more efficient organisation and an improved level of customer service. Symphony are currently looking for opportunities to deploy Mitral workflow in other departments.
