Provident Financial plc has streamlined its HR Department by removing thousands of space consuming hard copy documents.

A quarter of a million pages have been removed from filing cabinets, scanned to secure optical disk archive, and made available online to authorised users. Further enhancements include automated handling and data interpretation of application forms and agency invoices.
