The first M-store eProcess Workflow for LBS has now gone live!

Leeds Building Society have extended their existing enterprise M-store Archive licence by piloting workflow in their Mortgage Lending Department. They already had the ability to view any document at any workstation with the integration of M-store into the Branch front office application, but now a system has been installed which uses workflow technology to move information around the organisation more efficiently.

Delivered on time and to budget, the first implementation has been so successful that they have drawn up a complete roadmap for the year ahead to implement other workflows as fast as they can assimilate them!
