  • Access to all software patches and upgrades
  • Real-time problem diagnosis and resolution

Dependent on the level of support contract provided we can include "active support". This ensures that the latest security updates are applied to your software, anti virus program and firewall. We do not believe that it is enough to sit and wait for you to call us when you have problems. It is our policy to proactively help you in every way we can to prevent failures in your IT systems and software.
