Training is an essential element of any software development and implementation project. Although our software is designed to be intuitive and simple to use it is necessary to provide basic tuition for end users to ensure the software is used as intended. We also provide technical training for development and support staff to use and configure our software tools.

Bespoke software

What is required and how it should be delivered is determined as the project progresses. A proportion of project development fees is assigned to training and development at the proposal stage. Additional training may be required following implementation and is normally identified by usage trends and subject areas covered by the support contract.

Support calls can also help to identify weak areas that can be addressed through additional learning.

M-store

Normal M-store users can be working effectivly with less than 5 minutes instruction. We normally recommend 30 minutes training for a power user to be confident and competent at using our M-store product to the full and thus being capable to lead the other users. Training for administrators can take up to half a day to complete.

Technical training

The technical training we provide tends to be specific to an individual project. We work closely with our customers' own IT and development staff and aim to create an environment where the customer is less dependent on us and can progress with development and configuration using internal staff.

The easy to use API (Application Programmer Interface) tools enable integration of M-store to existing applications very quickly, providing instant access to the business documents from the existing software interface.
